The Osteria de Scarpon is the fish restaurant where you can taste the typical dishes of Trieste cuisine. We use the freshest ingredients to guarantee quality and goodness to our dishes. Here are some of the many starters: Home-made creamed cod, larded prawns, seafood salad with vegetables, savored or marinated sardines. There is also a great choice for first courses such as spaghetti with seafood, orecchiette with cuttlefish and gorgonzola, or an exquisite fish soup, black tortelli with salmon and courgettes, or bread gnocchi with sea bass ragout. Instead, stewed cuttlefish with polenta, Trieste-style cod with polenta, panai and fried sardines, fried or grilled calamari, paella, are just some of the many fish main courses that we offer.
