House rules

• Arrival after 15:00
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
• Pets are NOT allowed
• Unregistered guests are not allowed
• The maximum accommodation capacity is 4 people
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
• Parties are not allowed
• Please turn off the air conditioning, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors before leaving the property
• Please do not drink or eat in the bedroom. Enjoy meals in the dining room or on the terrace
• Please observe the noise limit between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• If you have an electrical problem, make sure all levers on the electric meter are in the up position
• Please do not dispose of large amounts of toilet paper, sanitary napkins, tampons and garbage in the sink, but in the attached basket in the bathroom
• Please dispose of garbage in the designated bin: bio, plastic, glass and cans, separate paper.
• Make sure you dispose of all trash before checking out
• Please take care of the equipment and furniture (you will be charged for any damage you cause)
• Please take special care of your keys. If you lose your keys, we will charge you a fee
• Please handle the apartment and equipment economically
• Report any injuries and/or fractures in a timely manner
• If the alarm for CO2 detection goes on, open the window and leave the apartment!
• If the alarm for methane gas detector goes on, open the window and leave the apartment!
